Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. If the actual shipping charge is appreciably less than the amount charged by the website shipping calculator I will refund the over payment by issuing a refund to your Paypal account or to your credit card through Paypal. 

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. 

UK Orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 days from posting. However, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Overseas orders are sent by Airmail. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days depending on the destination. We will always pack your order to keep your shipping costs to a minimum. This may mean that orders are sometimes sent in two parcels as there are occassions when two small parcels cost less to ship than one large one. 
PLEASE NOTE Overseas parcels are not usually sent by an insured service but insurance is available at extra cost. We reserve the right to insist that high value items are sent by an insured service. In these cases we will advise you of the extra shipping cost before shipment and offer you the option of cancelling your order if you are unhappy with the extra shipping charge 
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm but we regret that we are unable to confirm an exact  time.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Autoavia shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure
Autoavia shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns If items arrive damaged please contact us immediately and we will make a claim against the carrier. Any damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. Please keep any damaged items until we contact you as the carrier may need to inspect them before paying compensation. If we need them to be returned we will let you know and will refund the return postage. We will not refund the return postage on damaged goods which are returned without prior confirmation from us that they need to be returned.
Where possible we will replace a damaged item but in some cases this may not be possible. If we can't provide a replacement we will either supply an alternative item of your choice to the same value or refund the cost of the item, the original shipping charge and any return shipping costs where we have requested a return.  

If you need to return a product purchased from Autoavia for any other reason please contact us first. EU customers are protected by the EU Distance Selling Regulations.  Any returned goods (other than reported damages) must be in a resaleable state and any goods or accessories that accompanied the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their undamaged original box, packing and accessories. 

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Autoavia website.

All orders will usually be processed and sent for delivery within a maximum of 4 working days.
